Gibson County Coal
Train Precision Loading System™
PICOR designed, furnished, installed, and commissioned a 4,500 TPH Train Precision Loading System™ for Gibson County Coal using PICOR’s patented loading method. In addition, PICOR modified the existing silo and open storage reclaim systems to handle the required 4,500 TPH to load trains while still allowing a reclaim rate of approximately 1,200 TPH to load trucks in a PICOR Truck Precision Loading System™. This Train Precision Loading System™ represents the current state of the art for loading railcars including the use of proportional valves to control the weigh bin charging and weigh bin discharge gates.
